The heat pump drying constant temperature dehumidifier special for wood drying developed by ECOZ intelligently controls the three basic drying functions of heating, humidity control, and ventilation, so as to ensure the high humidity environment required for certain drying stages and prevent cracking and deformation of wood. Ensure that hot and humid air passes through all parts of the wood evenly, so that the moisture content of the dried wood is uniform.
ECOZ heat pump drying constant temperature dehumidifier is a new type of high-efficiency energy-saving dryer. Its working principle is that according to the principle of the reverse Carnot cycle, the evaporator absorbs heat from the air with a small amount of electric energy, which is compressed by the compressor and then released by the heat exchanger (condenser). The heat generated by the heat exchanger (condenser) is sent to the drying room by the fan, which provides continuous and stable hot air for the drying room, and can heat the drying medium to 55ºC ~ 70ºC to heat the materials.
